1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the mobile application KukutFarm — FCR & Lifting ("Application", "App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KukutFarm ("we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Application. Your continued use of the Application following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. Description of the Application

KukutFarm — FCR & Lifting is a free Android utility application designed for broiler poultry farmers in India. The Application provides the following core functionalities:

• Lifting Calculator: A session-based tool for tracking chicken lifting (harvesting/sales) operations, including bird counts, weights, and rate calculations.
• FCR Tracker: A daily feed log and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) calculation tool that displays running FCR with a 14-day trend chart.
• Buyer Management: Create and manage buyer/dealer profiles with contact information and transaction history.
• Outstanding Dues Tracker: Track advance payments, pending dues, and payment history per buyer.
• PDF Invoice Generation: Generate and share professional lifting invoices in English, Hindi, and Bangla languages.

The Application is designed as a standalone, offline-capable tool that stores all data locally on the user's device. It is also a promotional funnel for the paid KukutFarm main application.

3. User Eligibility

By using this Application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• You will use the Application only for lawful purposes related to poultry farm management and business record-keeping.
• All information you enter into the Application (including your profile, buyer details, and transaction records) is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

4. Use of the Application

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial farm management activities, including tracking lifting sessions, FCR, buyer records, and generating invoices for your own poultry business operations.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Application.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Application.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application without our express written permission.
• Enter false or misleading information to generate fraudulent invoices or records.

4.3 Internet Connectivity Requirement

The Application requires an active internet connection at launch and during use. If internet connectivity is lost during a session, the Application will restrict further use until connection is restored. This requirement exists primarily for ad monetization and to ensure the forced update system functions correctly. All farm data, however, is stored locally and is accessible without data transfer to our servers.

4.4 Forced Updates

The Application uses an in-app update system. If a new version is available, you will be required to update before continuing to use the Application. There is no option to skip or defer mandatory updates. This ensures security and feature consistency across all users.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

5.1 Local Data Storage

All data you enter into the Application — including your user profile, buyer profiles, lifting sessions, FCR entries, and outstanding records — is stored exclusively on your local device using a local database (WatermelonDB). In Version 1.0, no data is transmitted to our servers or any cloud service.

5.2 User Profile Data

The Application collects a one-time profile on first launch, which may include:

• Your name, phone number, city, state, and address.
• Optional: Company name, GST number, and a business logo.

This information is used solely to populate PDF invoices generated within the Application and is stored only on your device.

5.3 No Account Registration

The Application does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or authenticate via OTP. All profile data is stored locally and no personal data is transmitted over the internet for account purposes.

5.4 Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, theft, factory reset, uninstallation of the Application, or any other reason. We strongly recommend you regularly back up your device data through your device's native backup system.

5.5 Future Cloud Features

Future versions of the Application may introduce cloud backup and sync features. If and when such features are introduced, you will be notified and your consent will be sought before any data is transmitted outside your device. Such features will be governed by a separate or updated Privacy Policy.

5.6 Google AdMob Data

The Application uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads in accordance with Google's privacy policies. By using this Application, you consent to Google AdMob's data collection practices as described in Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

6.1 Google AdMob Advertisements

The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These include:

• Banner Ads: Displayed on certain screens including the Lifting Calculator and FCR Summary screen.
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads that appear at specific interaction points, such as after saving a lifting session PDF or saving a daily FCR entry.

We are not responsible for the content of advertisements shown by Google AdMob. Any interaction with advertisements, including visiting third-party websites, is governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.

6.2 Third-Party Links

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Google Play Store). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party services.

6.3 In-App Promotional Content

The Application may display promotional content for the paid KukutFarm main application. This is first-party promotional content from us and does not involve third-party data sharing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all its content, features, design, source code, logos, graphics, and user interface, is the exclusive intellectual property of KukutFarm and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Application's intellectual property beyond this limited license.

The name "KukutFarm", our logos, and all related branding are trademarks or trade names of KukutFarm. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

7.1 User Content

Data you enter into the Application (farm records, buyer names, FCR entries, etc.) remains your property. We claim no ownership over the business records you create using the Application.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• The calculations, FCR results, or financial figures produced by the Application are accurate or suitable for formal accounting purposes.
• The Application will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

8.2 Accuracy of Calculations

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KukutFarm and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data stored within the Application.
• Any financial loss arising from reliance on calculations made by the Application.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your device or the Application's data.

Our total liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. As the Application is free, this amount is zero.

9. App Updates and Changes

9.1 Updates to the Application

We may release updates to the Application from time to time. Certain updates may be mandatory (as described in Section 4.4). Updates may change or remove features, and we are not obligated to maintain any particular feature in perpetuity.

9.2 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Application after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Application.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct we deem harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.

You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device and cannot be recovered by us.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
